How do I get SSH Shell/Telnet access?

Telnet is banned however we can enable jailed SSH for you. For this you would need to submit a copy of your driver’s license at customercare@webhostingbuzz.com or fax it to us at (1)-206-339-4283

Jailed SSH does not allow you to connect to the mysql server. Also we need a valid reason for its activation. All SSH requests should be mailed to customercare@webhostingbuzz.com and be sure to include the relevant details including your user name, server name, details of driver;s license, reason for activation.
