My account was renewed without my consent. What should I do?

All clients the signed up before Oct 06 are billed automatically . We send out reminder emails about 3 days prior to the next billing date. Please make sure that your email address here is up
to date.  Incase you were billed without your consent all you need to do is to open a billing ticket and with a formal cancellation request. Please be advised to include following information as well

1) 2checkout order number for this account.

2) Current billing information for this account i.e name, email, phone, home/office address issued to 2checkout.com

for verification purposes.

3) Current Domain name and username for this account. ( this information can be located in your welcome email.)

4) If you have any ded IP order/s for this account. If true then goto 4.1 and 4.2 and if not then the shared IP

address it is on?

4.1) 2checkout order number for the dedicated IP order/s.
4.2) The name, email, phone, home/office address used when signing up for dedicated IP/s.
