My Server is DOWN!

We monitor web servers on frequent basis mostly every 5 minutes so incase the web server is down we are aware of it before you can submit a ticket.

All server outages and such are posted at whbstatus.com. You should refer to whbstatus.com for updates regarding your box. Incase you feel that an hour or two has passed and no one has really looked into your case then submit a polite ticket and you should be responded to accordingly.

Please also note that our shared hosting plans are hosted on shared web servers which means that many users are using the same resources. Things can go up and down at their own time. So the best one can do is to calm down.
