2012 promises to be an exciting year across the globe. From Verisign’s new domain extensions (where you can apply to manage your own extensions), to elections in the US and the Olympics in London, there’s plenty to keep us busy both in and outside of work.<\/p>\n

We started our year off by a goal setting session where each of our departments (sales\/marketing, customer service, billing, technical and executive) each set 3 major goals they’d like to achieve in 2012. We’re strong believers in goal setting as it gives you both guidance and a benchmark to work towards.<\/p>\n

So what will you see from us?<\/p>\n

• Expanded product range. This will include a cloud platform that we’ve spent a long time perfecting and building (and learning from others’ mistakes), new dedicated servers and a revamped VPS platform<\/li>\n
• Continued investment into our technical infrastructure. We continue to expand network and server capacity and have an aggressive upgrade program for our older servers (we completed the upgrade of our oldest servers in Q3 2012)<\/li>\n
• New hosting locations. We’re looking at the Far East \/ Asia as well as bringing online additional locations within the continental United States<\/li>\n
• Feature additions to new and existing hosting accounts. Last year we added Google Adwords credits, CloudFlare and free 2Checkout credit card processing at no extra cost to hosting services. This year we’ll continue to add important value added features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
