WHB 2.0 is coming soon!<\/p>\n

We have a few nice surprises in store. A new website is 75% complete, the new billing system is even closer to completion and our new business class hosting is just around the corner.<\/p>\n

We’ve also taken into close consideration the live support feedback we’ve been getting and to this extent, we have 10 new live support staff starting next week. Our training takes approximately 2 weeks but after this, live support response times should be even faster and lower wait times during peak periods.<\/p>\n

We’ve also finished setting up our new phone system and are just waiting on some hardware to arrive; once this is migrated our phone support hours will probably be extended too.<\/p>\n
