The same case sensitivity applies whether entering details in your desktop mail software or logging in through a web-based mail client such as SquirrelMail. It is the login that is case sensitive, not the particular software or access tool.<\/p>\n

Passwords also are case-sensitive, although this seems not to be as frequent an issue as most people expect passwords to be case-sensitive.<\/p>\n
